If Unable to Pick-Up Your Bag

Produce bags not picked up from their designated location during their scheduled time are forfeited and will be donated. If you are unable to pick up your bag and would like to request an alternative pick up, contact us at vmp@csuinc.org or (213) 746-1216 as soon as possible and we will accommodate you to the best of our ability. 

Placing Your Subscription on Hold

If you are unable to pick up your bag on any given week, you may place your subscription on hold by following the below steps. Holds must be placed by midnight on Sunday in order to go into effect for the coming weeks. Holds for future weeks can be placed at any time.  

  • Log in to your account
  • Click on "My Account"
  • Click "View/Modify Subscription"
  • Click "Place Hold" 
  • Select from the calendar the date(s) you want to place hold 
  • Save changes - you will receive a confirmation email. if you do not contact the vmp for assistance.  

Low Balance Notifications

The VMP Produce Bag program is pay-in-advance program, meaning subscribers pay for their bags and then receive them. Accounts with a $0 balance or below will be placed on automatic hold until new subscription payment of 4, 8, or 12 weeks is made. You will receive email notices to alert you of your account balance as it gets low, and a notice if your account is being placed on hold.

Canceling Your Subscription

If you would like to cancel your subscription, follow the following steps:

  • Log in Local Harvest Account
  • Click on "My Account"
  • Click "View/Modify Subscription"
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • You will receive a confirmation email, if not contact the vmp for assistance.
